This position serves as an insurance expert and relationship specialist with the goal of enhancing the client experience through providing optimal insurance and relationship solutions now and in the future.
• Creates client and prospect contacts on an ongoing basis
• Maintains client and prospect contacts on an ongoing basis
• Educates clients and ultimately provides objective advice and solutions to their insurance need
• Develop and foster referral networks from existing client base relationships and community involvement
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring every interaction instills and reinforces confidence in Thrive
No Insurance Experience is preferred
Proven network of relationships in a specific industry
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong ability to focus

Strong interpersonal skills & ability to cultivate positive relationships
Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
